POSITION INFO:

Custodian works to promote vision and values by keeping site clean and performing duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Required to sweep, mop and wax breakroom, restrooms, office areas, lobby and conference room.  May include using a buffer when necessary.
  • Empty all trash cans in areas.
  • Required to keep restrooms stocked with paper towels, toilet paper and soap.
  • Required to keep restroom’s sinks, toilets and urinals clean and sanitary.
  • Clean vending machines, microwaves, ice machine, tables, refrigerator in the breakroom.
  • Dust lobby furniture and office furniture.
  • Clean entrance doors and door windows.
  • Pick up trash outside around the building and parking lot.
  • Order cleaning supplies as needed.
  • Keeps work supply room and orderly.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:

Prior custodial experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.

EDUCATION:

HIgh school diploma or GED required.
