POSITION SUMMARY: Matco-Norca and SVF Flow Controls are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Associate with strong writing and communication skills. This role will support digital marketing initiatives across both brands, primarily engaging our manufacturer representatives and customers, with select campaigns targeting contractors and other industry end users. The ideal candidate is creative, technically capable, and comfortable managing multiple projects. This person should be able to develop content, execute campaigns, maintain accurate marketing data, and jump in wherever support is needed. Success in this position requires someone who can balance creative work with careful execution and follow-through.
Salary Range: $62,354.00 - 72,048.00
Work Schedule: Hybrid
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social Media and Content
- Maintain the Matco-Norca & SVF Flow Controls social media calendars and publish content across all active channels.
- Develop fresh social media concepts and monthly blog topics, including product features, industry insights, weekly tips, reels, and other engaging content.
- Write clear, accurate, and compelling copy for social media, blogs, emails, websites, and digital campaigns.
- Create branded social media graphics, short-form videos, and other digital assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate relationships with relevant industry influencers.
- Strengthen engagement with customers, representatives, industry organizations, and other key audiences across social media.
Email Marketing and CRM
- Build, test and deploy weekly marketing emails through the company CRM.
- Maintain clean, accurate, and well-organized CRM data.
- Create and update segmented lists for customer communications, prospecting, and targeted campaigns.
- Use available research and data tools to identify new contacts and build prospecting lists.
- Support the Inside Sales and Growth team with data updates, list building, and campaign needs.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend opportunities to improve engagement.
Website and Digital Marketing
- Maintain and update company websites with new copy, product information, literature, and other documents.
- Create campaign landing pages as needed.
- Assist with the development, execution, and management of digital advertising campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on website traffic, PPC performance, social media campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Work with outside agencies supporting SEO, SEM, social advertising, AEO, and related digital initiatives.
- Help ensure that website and campaign content is accurate, current, and consistent with each brand.
Marketing and Sales Support
- Assist with new product launches, including content development, digital campaigns, website updates and promotional materials.
- Conduct industry, market, customer, and competitor research to support marketing and sales initiatives.
- Coordinate with external design consultants on branding, campaign, and creative assets.
- Manage projects by communicating clearly with internal teams, outside agencies, and industry partners.
- Provide general marketing support and new project support as business needs evolve.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Two or more years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media or a related role.
- Experience managing business social media accounts and developing content calendars.
- Experience creating graphics and digital content using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience using a CRM or marketing automation platform; HubSpot experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with digital advertising, website analytics, PPC reporting and campaign measurement.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to produce accurate, polished work.
- Familiarity with website content management systems and landing-page creation.
- Familiarity with email marketing, contact segmentation, list management, and data hygiene.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Technically savvy, resourceful, and comfortable learning new platforms and processes.
- Collaborative, adaptable and willing to jump in wherever needed.
- The ability to travel is up to 5% per year for training and industry events.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
