POSITION INFO:

The role focuses on maintaining and repairing industrial equipment, requiring strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. The candidate must troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safe operations.

2nd Shift Hours: 3:00p - 11:30p. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Diagnose and repair machines and components using various tools and equipment.
Perform welding, fabrication, and other assigned tasks.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
Collaborate with team members and contractors on projects.
Execute preventive maintenance programs and identify potential electrical issues.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Adhere to all safety protocols.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 5 years in industrial maintenance (plastic injection molding preferred).

Electrical systems (wiring, circuits, breakers, transformers) and fabrication equipment (welders, mills, lathes, etc.).

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma/GED plus a 2-year technical degree or equivalent certification.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods
Work in varying temperatures and environments (including hot, cold, and noisy areas)
Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely
Comfortable working at heights when necessary
