POSITION SUMMARY: The Operations & Inside Sales Liaison main focus is to ensure daily monitoring of the shortage report. This role will also liaise between supporting groups to align operational and administrative objectives as they relate to customer’s expected ship dates for their open orders.

On-site position: Monday - Friday

Starting pay range: $28.00/hr. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for daily monitoring of the SmartSheet Shortage report by updating receiving and completion dates, shortage components, and daily follow-up of updates amongst supporting groups.
• Distribute updated Open Order Excel Shortage Report to Inside and Regional Sales Team every Friday.
• Retrieve ETA data from Eclipse / SAP to update the Shortage Report daily.
• Assists MTR (Material Test Report) Tech in preparing MTR packets last week of every month.
• Ensures company policies and government guidelines are followed as directed through the workflow process.
• Provide management leadership team timely updates on shortage report statuses.
• Communicate changes to timelines internally and expeditiously.
• Collaborate with all departments to develop realistic and efficiency improvements monthly.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• High School or GED diploma.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• MS Office Suite (Outlook, Work, Excel)

• SAP and MRP Systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to meet objectives and deliverables within projected timelines.
• Self-Motivated.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS:

• Sitting at PC for long periods of time.
• Frequent periods of standing/walking.
